PLOW HEIGHT CONTROL V1.0

Added the ability to control the plow height when it’s used of the vehicle. When you enter to the vehicle and the vehicle is used manually, you can change the height of the selected plow.
It was not added any changes to the autopilot.
This feature is added automatically, no installation required.
